My coaching journey started over 10 years ago in Poland, when I was studying for a Sociology degree, although I didn’t realise it back then. At that time, I wanted to learn more about people, social behaviours and relationships. I always wanted to know what determines who we are and whether there is a way to change it for the better.
The good news is that there is!
I have gone through a major personal and professional transition since then. I started by stepping completely out of my comfort zone and going to study a year abroad. I then relocated to London with little money in my pocket. Next I worked my way up from part time Bartender to a Recruitment Consultant. I was also privileged to work at the University of Oxford, where I was a member of the coaching network. Today I am in a position to apply my experience and skills to my role as a Professional Coach.
